- All rates are inclusive of 7% VAT, 10% service charge, and non-commissionable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- There is no penalty if cancellation is made to the Hotel’s Reservation Department by phone, facsimile or email by 30 days in advance at Tel: +66 2209 8888 or E-mail: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] , [email protected] and [email protected]
- Late cancellation made after 30 days on the actual arrival day will be subject to one night room charge inclusive of service charge and government tax.
- Late cancellation made after 14 days or No Show on the actual arrival day will be subject to full period charge inclusive of service charge and government tax.
